DEPOSIT

The B&B requires a non-refundable full payment in order to guarantee reservation for stays from 1-3 days.

PAYMENT TERMS

Balance is payable on arrival in sterling cash or online.

PAYMENT CARD SURCHARGES

Balance payments are also accepted on credit card, however they are subject to a surcharge of 4.5% to cover credit card transaction.

CANCELLATION TERMS

We respectfully remind guests that a reservation is a contract between us [the accommodation] and yourselves.

Cancellations are not accepted after 24 hours of booking time. In the event of a cancellation before arrival, a no-show, or early departure, the B&B reserves the right to charge in full.

TRAVEL INSURANCE

It is strongly recommended that adequate Travel Insurance is taken out to guard against any costs arising from cancellation, late arrival or early departure.

B&B/Guest House are excluded occupiers.
